 General conditions : 

Your personal data will not be provided to other parties and will therefore be carefully handled. Your data will be used to: 

- give you a better shopping experience

- fulfill your orders properly

- make our marketing more relevant to your interests

Shipping Policy: 

Domestic orders (The Netherlands) that are ordered  before 6pm, will receive their package the next day. We ship within 1-2 working days.

International Orders are also shipped within 1-2 business days. Depending on where you live, you will receive the order within 2 weeks. 

Once marked delivered on the shipping company´s tracking code, we are not responsible for any loss of your package.

Refund/Return Policy:

All items are not refundable unless paid with KLARNA. 

Custom made pendants are non-refundable. 
If there any malfunctions in craftmanship, your item will be fixed or replaced free of charge.
