Return Policy

All Items are unrefundable unless paid with KLARNA.

KLARNA orders should be returned within 2 weeks. Otherwise we will not be able to accept your return.

If an item is default or the wrong item was sent, you can email us at kenzoui@hotmail.com.

Custom made chains & pendants are also not refundable.
